At Loops and Knots Designs, every stitch is made with purpose. For as long as I can remember, I dreamed of starting a business that reflected my creativity while making a meaningful impact on others. My hobbies have always included knitting, drawing, and solving puzzles, but it wasn’t until a life-changing experience that I discovered my true passion. At 17 years old, I was diagnosed with a rare form of bone cancer. During treatment, I received handmade crocheted and knitted items from generous organizations and volunteers. Those gifts brought comfort, encouragement, and a reminder that I wasn’t alone during one of the most difficult times of my life.

Now, nearly four years into remission, I have begun my own crochet journey and turned that inspiration into Loops and Knots Designs. My goal is to create handmade pieces that bring joy, comfort, and meaning to the people who receive them. Every item is crafted with care and appreciation for the impact a handmade gift can have. Looking ahead, I hope to partner with organizations that support children and families affected by cancer, giving back to a community that once gave so much to me. Through every creation, I strive to share hope, kindness, and the belief that even the smallest handmade gesture can make a lasting difference.
